Update: Second Suspect arrested in PPB North Precinct Arson (Photo)

On Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at 10:15 a.m., PPB North Precinct officers and the Portland Fire & Rescue Fire Investigation Unit arrested 22 year-old Gavoughn Streeter-Hillerich.

Streeter-Hillerich was taken into custody in the 1500 block of North Terry St. He was charged with Riot and Arson I related to the arson at North Precinct on June 26, 2020.

Streeter-Hillerich was also charged with Riot, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Menacing, and Failure to Perform the Duties of a Driver in relation to an incident that occurred on June 8, 2020, where demonstrators blocked I-84.

Streeter-Hillerich was later booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center.

Chief Chuck Lovell said, "It is good someone has been arrested and held accountable for this violent and destructive crime."

On Tuesday, July 7, 2020, Gresham Police Department assisted the Portland Fire & Rescue Fire Investigation Unit by locating and arresting 18 year-old Rollin Tristan Fodor.

Fodor was charged with Riot and Arson I related to the arson at North Precinct on June 26, 2020.

Portland Police Bureau Detectives continue to collaborate with Portland Fire & Rescue to identify, locate, and apprehend those responsible for arson and reckless burning crimes.
