Holiday and Rose Festival Street and Sidewalk Use Restrictions

Outlines restrictions in Portland's core area (in and around downtown area) during the Rose Festival (For 2010: June 3-15) and during the holiday season (from the Friday prior to Thanksgiving until January 2nd).
